Disclosure Policy:
Medisaver new disclosure policy for terms and conditions
Medisaver is a medical discount plan, not an insurance product. Our program offers members the opportunity to receive discounts on a variety of healthcare services and procedures from select providers that have contracted with Medisaver. It is important to understand that Medisaver does not make any direct payments to these healthcare providers on behalf of its members. Instead, members are responsible for the full cost of any medical services they receive, though they will benefit from the discounted rates negotiated by Medisaver.
The availability and amount of discounts may vary depending on the specific healthcare provider, the type of service or procedure, and other factors. Medisaver cannot guarantee a certain level of savings or discount for its members, and we recommend that members verify the applicable discounts with each provider before receiving any services. Members should also compare the Medisaver discounted rates to other available options to determine the best value for their healthcare needs.
Medisaver reserves the right to modify, suspend, or terminate the discount program, the list of participating providers, or the available discounts at any time. Members are advised to regularly check the Medisaver website or contact our customer service team to ensure they have the most up-to-date information on the program.
It is important to note that Medisaver does not endorse or guarantee the quality of care provided by the participating healthcare providers. We disclaim any liability for the actions, performance, or services rendered by these providers. Any disputes or claims related to the Medisaver program or its discounts will be governed by the laws of the applicable jurisdiction, and members may be required to pursue alternative dispute resolution methods, such as arbitration or mediation, rather than litigation.
For any questions, concerns, or complaints regarding the Medisaver program, members are encouraged to contact our customer service team using the provided contact information, including our email address, phone number, and physical address.
