MyMediSaverCard – Terms & Conditions

  1. Medisaver is not a Health Maintenance Organization (HMO) or a medical insurance provider.
  2. The medical centers affiliated with Medisaver are privately owned facilities.
  3. The list of physicians includes their names, addresses, telephone numbers, and areas of specialization.
  4. Members will receive a comprehensive list of prices and available medical centers upon enrollment. While Medisaver is available to assist with appointment scheduling, members are encouraged to make appointments directly with the physicians, as Medisaver does not have access to the doctors’ schedules and cannot guarantee accurate availability.
  5. Discounts are available exclusively for services rendered by centers and physicians affiliated with Medisaver.
  6. Prices for certain services may vary.
  7. Members must present their Medisaver card or yellow contract at the physician’s office to verify their active membership status.
  8. Any issues regarding services should be addressed directly to the Medisaver office, allowing us to assist you and resolve any situations promptly.
  9. Medisaver is not liable for any malpractice; such responsibility rests solely with the physician.
  10. Currently, Medisaver does not provide emergency care and primarily focuses on preventive care. While we do have urgent care centers listed, in case of a true emergency, please dial 911.
  11. Some specialists may require referrals from a general practitioner.
  12. Each Medisaver member will receive an individual membership number to verify their membership.
  13. Medisaver memberships are valid for one month and must be renewed monthly.
  14. There are no restrictions for membership eligibility; everyone qualifies.
  15. If payment is made by check, members must wait approximately three days before utilizing services.
  16. Membership must be active to receive discounts.
  17. Members opting for a monthly payment plan must remain enrolled in the program for a minimum of six months; after this period, members may cancel at any time.
  18. Members are encouraged to keep their contact information up to date to ensure timely communication regarding services and updates.
  19. Medisaver reserves the right to modify terms and conditions with prior notice to members.
  20. Members should familiarize themselves with the services provided by each affiliated center to ensure they utilize the appropriate resources for their healthcare needs.
  21. Feedback from members is welcome and may be used to improve services and offerings.
  22. Participation in the Medisaver program indicates acceptance of these terms and conditions.

Disclosure Policy:

Medisaver is not an insurance plan. Instead, our program offers discounts on medical services at select healthcare providers. Medisaver does not make direct payments to these medical service providers.

Members of Medisaver are responsible for the payment of all healthcare services received. However, they will benefit from discounts offered by those healthcare providers with whom we have established contracts.
